2010 East Regionals Meet

TaggerWear hopes to see you at the 2010 East Regionals! being hosted by Nepean Synchro Club at the Nepean Sportsplex, in Ottawa, Ontario.

The event will be held from Friday April 9th through until April 11th, 2010.

2010 OWG & Prov Trials

TaggerWear will be setting up a booth at the Ontario Winter Games Trials and Provincial Trial, being hosted by the Gloucester Synchro club.

Dates: January 22 - 24, 2010 at the Nepean Sportsplex -- Ottawa, Ontario.

See you there! We'll be bringing with us new Chloroban Polyester print suits, the new SwiMP3 1G, and much more. Come visit our booth and show us your suits! We'll take a photo for our Scrapbook!

Price Increase Unavoidable

Over the past year, we have struggled to hold the line, and keep our prices stable. Unfortunately, after a year of constantly rising costs, we have made the unavoidable decision to increase all our prices to offset some of the loss.

The SwiMP3 1G is Here!

Every Synchro swimmer knows the importance of practice. Drilling and repetition are the hallmark any of competitive sport, but when you add a musical element there is also timing grace, and musicality.

Perfecting the movements of a program to music requires hearing the music! Above water sports don't have an issue -- they simply strap on their iPod and away they go.

Now aquatic sports have the advantage too. The SwiMP3 by Finis is a completely waterproof MP3 player will full functions. It simply clips to your goggle strap and sits against the side of your head. The new model the 1G holds 1 gigabyte of music -- enough to repeat your program music 100's of times, or put all your routines on at the same time.

We have stock now of the new SwiMP3 1G and we're selling it at $196.00 Cdn, plus shipping and taxes.

Looking ahead to 2010 Season

It's the middle of July. Can you believe it? It hardly seems like we've had a summer yet! Hopefully everyone has had a couple of weeks to relax.

We're starting to look ahead to the next season. Some clubs have already booked their fitting trip for the fall! If your club is changing contacts this year, please send us your new contact names and emails.

Fitting trips for this year will be as follows:

Western Ontario Region is Sept 26th and 27th
Eastern Ontario Region is Sept 19th and 20th
Central Ontario Region is Sept 12th and 13th

We can handle two bookings per day, so please send us your preferences as soon as possible. I will confirm with each club individually when we will be there.

As always, if you do not have your teams sorted out completely, that is not important. However, please have all the swimmers and coaches present. As always, we will have our fabric selections with us. All design drawings are due before Thanksgiving weekend -- this year that's Oct. 12th.

If you need an early delivery -- before December -- design drawings must be delivered to us before the end of September. Our deadlines remain as early as possible.

For our out-of-province clubs, please let me know as quickly as possible, the size and style range so that we can get fitting kits together for you.

TaggerWear will be setting up a store at the Magnus Centre in Newmarket for the 2009 Trillium 12 & Under Competition.

We'll have the new SwiMP3 underwater MP3 players with us.

Nationals a Success!

The 2009 Espoir Canadian National Synchronized Swimming Championships was a big success! Many thanks to our hosts London Synchro Club, Synchro Ontario, and Synchro Canada for inviting us to be at the event.

It was wonderful to see all the TaggerWear suits and all the swimmers!

The SwiMP3 was a big success too -- we sold out of our stock twice! Jim had to drive all the way from London to Hamilton to retrieve a second rushed shipment for us. By the time he got back to the pool they were all sold!

We've already ordered another shipment that we should have in time for the Trillium competition Saturday June 13th.

We still have stock in our "Espoir" bikinis in Lime and Brown and Turquoise and Brown. So if you missed us at the meet, send us an email.

2009 Ontario Provincials

The 2009 Ontario Provincial Championships was a raging success for TaggerWear.

Our end-of-season sale was a big hit with swimmers looking for that last-minute Trillium suit. We still have a limited supply of one-of-a-kind glittery suits and suit samples on sale for as low as $15!

The SwiMP3 was another big hit -- selling more than a dozen at the one event.

We are pleased to offer a new service to our clubs: customized team wear for youth and adult women. We offer the following garments:

Hoodies, one or two colour, zippered or pull-over
Shorts, slitted, boy-cut, or flaired
Yoga pants, one or two colour, full or capri length
Shirts, tank or tee
And of course swimsuits!

We have a range of fabrics suitable for these new garments, such as Soft Motion, a microfiber nylon/spandex; CVC, a cotton/polyester/spandex blend; Stretch Cotton, and Chloroban.

Large selection of solid colours to work with. Custom colours in Chloroban available, as well as custom prints in Chloroban. Call for details.

It's confirmed! TaggerWear will be setting up a booth at the 2009 Tier Championships, being hosted by Gloucester Synchro and held at the Nepean Sportsplex from May 21st thru 24th.

We will have our Team Wear, Yoga Wear, new Chloroban prints, swim caps, nose clips, figure suits, and a whole lot more!
