Returns Policy

As is customary in the garment industry, intimate apparel is non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom-made garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.

In the event of a manufacturing defect reported within 14 days of receipt of order, we will accept a return for repair only.

All club orders require payment in full before final shipment and a $50 per swimmer deposit at the time of ordering.

To receive a sizing kit, a deposit of $50 per size must be made in advance. The deposit will apply to the final order when the sizing kit is received back at our office.

All individual orders require payment in full in advance of shipping.

Club discounts are available, contingent on quantity of like items ordered.

An Estimate is provided in writing for all orders. Approval and Acceptance of the Estimate constitutes agreement to our Terms and Conditions.

Sizing Policy

We endeavor to make the correctly sized garment for you. If we have sized you in person, and you have agreed on the size at the time of sale, a custom-made garment cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the garment has been sized by a third person or thru the use of our sizing kit, the custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the sizing is changed by a third person from the original size taken from a personal fitting, we are not responsible for incorrectly fit garments. We do not exchange or return these garments.

When we fit an entire club four months prior to shipping, we understand that some children will have changed in size. This is why we need to personally fit each swimmer -- at the time of fitting we assess whether we need to build in "growing room".

In the event that a swimmer grows more than the garment allows for in stretch and the suit is too uncomfortable to wear, we will consider exchanging the suit provided that the coach can substantiate the growth.

At the time of sizing, either a coach or parent should be present to qualify the swimmer's size, and initial the sizing sheet.

The club is responsible for distributing the suits quickly and making sure they all fit as planned. Any exceptions must be reported to TaggerWear within one week of delivery.

Our sizing suits are made from Chloroban, a polyester fabric. This fabric stretches as much as most nylon Lycra products -- sometimes more, sometimes less. It is the responsibility of the coach to understand the fabrics she is choosing. We provide large samples of the fabric so they can test how the fabric moves.

All fabric stretches as much as 25% when wet which is why the garment must be tight when dry. We can compensate at the time of cutting for fabrics that are unusual, but that is not always foolproof. If there is any question, we make the suit larger -- because it is easier to remove excess fabric than it is to add shortage!

Sizing Kits

It is encouraged that clients who cannot be fitted personally, use a sizing kit to determine the perfect fit. The payment for a sizing kit is applied to final order total once the kit is returned.

For orders where the client declines or waives a sizing kit, the client accepts responsibility for correct sizes. If the size ordered in not correct, the garment cannot be returned or refunded.

Payments & Deposits

All Club orders require a $50 deposit per swimmer sized at the time of the fitting.

All individual orders through a club require a 50% deposit at the time of sale and balance at the time of delivery. In the event the customer is out of town, the balance must be paid by PayPal in advance of shipment. An online transaction fee may apply.

All individual orders require payment in full before we make the garment.

Shipping

We ship with either of two methods: Canada Post or Purolator Courier.

The minimum shipping cost thru Canada Post is $10.00 for one item and an additional $4 for each additional item. Delivery is 3-10 business days.

The minimum shipping cost for Purolator Courier is $15.00 for 1-3 items with $8 for each additional item, depending on weight. Delivery is next business day.

Guarantee of Workmanship

We guarantee our workmanship on the construction of your garment -- that no seams come undone, no stitching becomes loose, and stitched applique does not comes off; under normal wear.

If the garment is mishandled, left unlaundered with chlorine in it, or subjected to heat through iron or electric dryer, the fabric will be come damaged, and the potential for tears, holes, or rips increases.

We do not guarantee the quality of the fabric, except for Chloroban (TM) where the manufacturer's warranty applies. All metallic spandex fabric is subject to chlorine damage, all laminated spandex fabric is subject to water damage. User be aware.

All garments are inspected for quality and defects before they are shipped. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving product.

We repair manufacturing defects at no cost. Shipping charges may apply.
